Exciting Day !!!
We got tired of Lola Reed staring at us while we eat and since we only have a week until she is 6 months old we decided it was time to start feeding her. We started with some rice cereal mixed with some yummy mommy milk.

... After about 12 bites she was done, but overall she seemed to like it. For the next few weeks we will stick to the rice cereal, but we are looking forward to teaching her to like all the things that Noah eats. We are hoping that she will be as adventurous as he is.

Fun at Gamma and Pops

We got to spend the weekend at Gamma and Pops house. The kids had a great time. Lola got to show off her new skill that she just learned on the 5th. She can now sit for brief periods on her own. However, you still have to remain quite close as she is known to topple over right on her face as cousin Natalie quickly learned:)

Rugby Game

We went over to San Luis Obispo for a rugby tournament and we were very lucky to have beautiful weather. Daddy's team did really well, but more importantly we had a great time. A bunch of people came out to the field to play with us (and I suppose to watch Daddy's game too).

Noah spent the day playing with his cousins Jaxon and Andrew. Lola watched intently and can't wait until she is big enough to play too while her littlest cousin Clara slept the day away.

Noah Starts Pre-School
Noah started pre-school today. Some of you might remember that he actually started in June, but really that was just summer enrichment. He now attends Fairmont Private School here in Fresno. It is down the street from our house and is actually the pre-school where Noah's nieces Lindsey and Katie went.
Noah stays all day at school on Wednesdays. His favorite part is the fact that he gets to take a lunch box and eat with his friends. Mommy, Memaw, Katie, and Lola escorted him for his first day of school. Mommy managed to keep herself contained and didn't cry (although she came close). He is in the pre-K 1 butterfly class and is the youngest. Just to make things difficult, there is another Noah in his class (Noah N). Noah had a great time his first day - his favorite part (besides lunch) was playing good-guy, bad guy on the playground.
